Sue Benton: Sue founded the dance center in 1996, creating a dance and fitness studio that reflected her life-long passion for dance and the mind-body connection. She created “Chi Dance” and “Chi Fitness” classes, designed to open up the body’s energy centers while providing an aerobic workout. Sue is the author of Chi Fitness: A Workout for Body, Mind and Spirit, a certified hypnotist and Pilates instructor, and has been voted “Best Personal Trainer in Fairfield County.”

Catherine Boreen: Catherine has been teaching dance for over thirty years. Certified by Dance Masters of America, C.D.T.A. and A.D.A.P.T., she founded an award-winning dance school in Toronto, training over 10,000 students, some of whom went on to Broadway, Canada's National Ballet, and "So You Think You Can Dance.” She has won many top choreography awards for tap, jazz, musical theater, and acro.

Carla Bowden: Carla is a third-degree black belt and has been training in Seido karate under world famous Master Nakamura since 1971. Carla has taught karate and kickboxing to adults and children for over 20 years and is still associated with Seido headquarters in New York City.

Luis Espinoza aka Sweet-Lu: Luis is a world-renowned Break Dancer and part of the elite B-Boy World Team as one of the team's top 10 Break Dancers in the USA. Teaching for 9 years, Luis is also the founder of United Outkast Break Dance Crew and the youth break dance crew Battle Toadz, for which he volunteers his time. Credits include the movie Step Up 3D and music video Rising Up with The Roots.

Emily Frangipane: Emily holds a B.F.A in Dance from Emerson College. Performing credits include, among others, a National Tour of “Jesus Christ Superstar.” She has danced and choreographed in NYC, Fairfield and Westchester. Her choreography has been produced throughout Boston for the Emerson Dance Company. In 1999 she founded her own modern-jazz company, The Reach Dance Project.

Brian Herman: Brian began dancing growing up in the South Bronx. Later, he and his brother Paul formed the Double Up Dance Group and performed across the United States, Europe, Africa, and the Caribbean with top recording artists and choreographers. Credits include, among other, the American Music Awards, MTV, a Reebok commercial, and music videos with top hip hop artists.

Tava Naiyin: Tava is a professional bellydance instructor, choreographer and performer. She has studied with the country's top dancers and is noted for her authentic style and fluidity. Tava performs regularly in NYC and CT and has appeared in three DVD's, on television, and in print communications.

Meg Gordon Roe: Meg trained at The School of American Ballet and was selected by George Balanchine to dance with New York City Ballet. She was a member of the Alvin Ailey Dance Company where she performed in the Ellington festival and Revelations. Meg was also a member of the American Ballet Theater. She has extensive expertise in classical, modern, jazz and contemporary dance.

Stephanie Taddei: Stephanie has been teaching choreographed cardio dance and group fitness classes since 1982. Concurrently, she attained a BA in Psychology and a Master of Social Work, with a thesis focusing on the health of young women. She has maintained her Group Fitness Instructor certification by ACE (American Council on Exercise) for the past 19 years. Stephanie choreographs each cardio dance and conditioning class for the specific goals of the workout.

Luisa Tanno: Luisa has been teaching dance since 1998. She is a certified yoga instructor, licensed massage therapist and personal trainer. Luisa has been dancing professionally since the age of 16 and has studied and performed in New York, Los Angeles, and Connecticut. Luisa is a graduate of The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City.

Scott Thompson: Scott is an award-winning director and choreographer and has worked with Broadway’s brightest talents in over 80 productions nationwide. He has directed many productions including “Gypsy” with Betty Buckley. Scott has founded several prestigious musical theatre companies, and is the winner of many awards including the San Francisco Theatre Critics Award for Best Director and Choreographer.

Christina Uleano: Christina has been teaching dance and group fitness since 1988. She is a certified personal trainer and AFFA certified group exercise instructor. In addition, Christina received a BA in Psychology from SCSU where she also minored in Dance and holds an MBA in finance. She teaches and performs in both New York and CT and is a master instructor for CALVINOGRAPHYdance ™ in NYC.

Eddie Villanueva: Eddie is resident choreographer and dancer at Calvin Wiley Dance Theatre. He has worked with artists such as Lady Gaga, Ultra Nate and Vicki Wallace. He currently performs with freestyle artist, SaFire, and pop artist, Brian Kent. Eddie staged, choreographed and danced in Gloria Gaynor’s show at Madison Square Garden and has worked with Chris Willis. Eddie continues to perform locally and around the globe including Australia, Greece and Turkey.
